Shopping & Account Data: When you visit or make a purchase from our store, we track viewed products (to show recently viewed items), location, IP address, and browser type (for shipping and tax estimation), and shipping address. When you place an order, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and account credentials.
Comments & Media: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check for profile pictures (see the Gravatar Privacy Policy). If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract location data.

Stripe: We accept payments exclusively through Stripe. When processing payments, purchase totals, billing information, and payment details are securely passed to Stripe to process transactions and prevent fraud. Team Access: Authorized administrators and shop managers on our team have access to order information (items bought, timestamp, shipping destination) and customer details (name, email, shipping/billing address) to fulfill orders, handle refunds, and provide support.
Spam Detection & Caching: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. This site utilizes LiteSpeed Cache and QUIC.cloud services to temporary cache pages for faster performance. Cache files are temporary and accessed only as necessary for technical support (see QUIC.cloud Privacy Policy).

4. How Long We Retain Your Data

Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to automatically approve follow-up comments.
Customer Accounts & Orders: Registered user profile information can be edited or deleted by the account holder at any time. We store order history, transactional data, and customer records for up to 7 years to comply with tax, legal, and accounting obligations.

5. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are obligated to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
